Das sind deine Aufgaben

Social Media Strategie & Umsetzung: Du entwickelst und realisierst ganzheitliche Social-Media-Strategien für unsere Hotelkund:innen.
Content & Community Management: Du erstellst und steuerst Redaktionspläne, übernimmst das Community-Management und führst Performance Auswertungen durch.
Social Ads Kampagnen: Du planst, konzipierst und optimierst Social Ads-Kampagnen inkl. Budgetverantwortung.
Workshops & Pitches: Du führst Workshops, Pitches und Strategie-Meetings mit deinen Kund:innen durch.
Mentoring & Koordination: Du unterstützt Kolleg:innen (z. B. Trainees, Praktikant:innen) und sorgst für Qualitätssicherung.
Analyse & Reporting: Du wertest Kampagnen aus, erstellst Reportings und leitest Optimierungen ab.
Innovation & Trendgespür: Du scoutest neue Plattformen, KI-Tools und Content-Formate und bringst sie aktiv in deine Arbeit ein, z.B. für die Einführung neuer Produkte.

Das bringst du mit

Ausbildung: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. BWL, Medien, Informationswissenschaften, Tourismusmanagement) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
Erfahrung: Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Social Media Marketing mit - idealerweise in der Hotellerie, im Tourismus oder in einer Agentur.
Social Media Ads & KPIs: Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Social Media Ads, Tracking, KPIs & Reporting.
Kreativität & Tools: Du bist kreativ, stark im Storytelling und sicher im Umgang mit Tools wie Canva, InDesign und MS Office.
Sprachkenntnisse: Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift.
KI-Drive: Du begeistert dich für KI-Tools und neue Technologien, bringst eigene Use Cases mit und nutzt KI weit über ChatGPT hinaus.
Mindset & Arbeitsweise: Du bist hands-on, innovativ und begeisterst dich für Trends, Reisen und die Hotellerie. Gleichzeitig denkst du strategisch, bist operativ stark und bringst ein analytisches Verständnis mit.
Verantwortung für sich und andere: Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, teilst dein Wissen aktiv mit Kolleg:innen und bist beratungsstark, organisiert sowie teamorientiert.
Bonus: Erfahrung in Projektleitung oder im Mentoring von Kolleg:innen ist ein Plus.

Weitere Informationen

- Bruttomonatsbezug in der Höhe von mind. € 3.572,- auf Vollzeitbasis.
- Überzahlung entsprechend Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrung vorgesehen.

Your tasks

Social media strategy & implementation: You will develop and implement holistic social media strategies for our hotel clients.
Content & community management: You will create and manage editorial plans, take on community management, and carry out performance evaluations.
Social Ads Campaigns: You will plan, design, and optimize social ads campaigns, including budget responsibility.
Workshops & Pitches: You will conduct workshops, pitches, and strategy meetings with your clients.
Mentoring & Coordination: You will support colleagues (e.g., trainees, interns) and ensure quality assurance.
Analysis & reporting: You evaluate campaigns, create reports, and derive optimizations.
Innovation & trend awareness: You scout new platforms, AI tools, and content formats and actively incorporate them into your work, e.g., for the introduction of new products.

Your profile

Education: You have a university degree (e.g., business administration, media, information science, tourism management) or comparable training.
Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in social media marketing—ideally in the hotel industry, tourism, or at an agency.
Social media ads & KPIs: You have very good knowledge of social media ads, tracking, KPIs, and reporting.
Creativity & Tools: You are creative, skilled at storytelling, and confident in using tools such as Canva, InDesign, and MS Office.
Language skills: You are fluent in spoken and written German and English.
AI Drive: You are enthusiastic about AI tools and new technologies, contribute your own use cases, and use AI far beyond ChatGPT.
Mindset & working style: You are hands-on, innovative, and enthusiastic about trends, travel, and the hotel industry. At the same time, you think strategically, are strong in operations, and have an analytical understanding.
Responsibility for yourself and others: You enjoy taking on responsibility, actively share your knowledge with colleagues, and are a strong advisor, organized, and team-oriented.
Bonus: Experience in project management or mentoring colleagues is a plus.
